They stay yours
Your items remain your property the whole time. They are yours until they are sold and paid for, or until they are back in your hands.
Insured on our premises
Covered against events such as fire and theft while they are with us. Not covered for damage that happened before they arrived, or damage caused by poor packing.
You're Paid
Straight to your bank by transfer. Once the buyer's payment has landed with us, allow 10 to 14 working days for your payout, which covers the returns window.
Consignors worldwide
We accept consignments from customers anywhere in the world. If you are outside the UK, any customs duties, import charges and international payout transfer fees are yours.

Does the perk discount come off my sold price?
No. Buyer level discounts and vouchers are covered by us. Your share is worked out from the full sale price, not the discounted one.
Are there any fees on top?
No. The rate in the table is what you receive, and we cover the selling fees ourselves. The buyer pays the postage, so it never touches your payout.
Should I sell outright or consign?

How do I get my items to you?
Royal Mail, tracked and insured. Pack it properly, because items are not insured in transit to us. Our responsibility starts when we confirm your parcel has arrived. Parcels sent with other couriers may be refused or returned at your cost.
When do I get paid?
By bank transfer, within 10 to 14 working days of the buyer's payment clearing. That window covers the returns period.
Can I consign from outside the UK?
Yes. Any customs duties, import charges and international transfer fees are yours, and the final UK delivery still has to be handed to Royal Mail.
Are my items insured while you have them?
Yes, on our premises against events such as fire and theft. That does not cover damage from before they arrived or damage caused by poor packing, and they stay your property until they are sold and paid for.
